5-tray Hardware Fittings Automatic Packaging Solution

This solution is a complete set for the 5-tray vibratory feeder hardware packaging machine developed by Guangdong Tianxuan. It is suitable for mixed packaging of supporting hardware for furniture, lighting, electrical appliances, bathroom and other industries, and supports flexible switching among three packaging modes to meet different distribution requirements of customers. The machine is equipped with 5 independent vibratory feeding trays: Tray 1 for plastic expansion anchors, Tray 2 for self-tapping screws, Tray 3 for small-size screws, Tray 4 and Tray 5 for special-shaped fasteners. A manual feeding station is reserved for special parts such as paper clips, buckles and special-shaped sheets that cannot be fed by vibratory trays, realizing one-time mixed bagging of multiple materials.

The machine adopts PLC touch control system. Each vibratory tray can be set with quantity parameters independently, with photoelectric counting and automatic recheck to prevent missing counts. It supports customized material ratio for each bag, and can easily produce bags of three different ratios (Packing Mode 1, Packing Mode 2 and Packing Mode 3). Integrated with automatic feeding, counting, bag forming, sealing, coding and finished product output, it features stable packaging speed and high counting accuracy. It effectively replaces manual sorting and greatly reduces missing or wrong packaging, ideal for mass production in hardware factories, furniture supporting factories and lighting accessory factories.
